We found Gabby to be very knowledgeable about the local market, easy to talk to, and always available when we needed her. But more importantly, from the start, Gabby was very open to our own opinions and suggestions. She was willing to work with us even though she knew we weren't the most motivated sellers and that we requested the starting sale price to be higher than her market anaylsis. Always a calm presense, Gabby was willing to do the necessary work and to allow us time to test the market to get comfortable with where the final sales price fell out (which was near the upper range of her original market analysis!).
